1. Using the platform

Routebook by Kington is a free travel-inspiration and planning platform. We do not handle bookings or payments. Content is provided for general information only — always check local conditions, road rules and opening times before you travel.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to create an account.

3. Community content

Routes, ratings and comments are created by the community. By posting, you grant us a licence to display your content on the platform. Don't post anything unlawful, misleading or that infringes others' rights. Community routes may be reviewed before publication.

4. Acceptable use

• Be accurate and helpful — others plan real trips around your content.
• Be respectful in comments and ratings.
• Don't scrape, spam or attempt to disrupt the service.

5. No warranty

The platform is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that routes are safe, current or suitable for your vehicle or experience level. Travel is undertaken at your own risk.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll note the date of the latest revision at the top of this page.
