Cross the heart of Andalusia on a 10-day drive from Seville to Granada, tracing the finest Moorish architecture in Europe. From Seville's Alcázar and the Barrio Santa Cruz, the route curves east to Córdoba's extraordinary Mezquita-Cathedral, then south into the mountains to perch above the 120-metre El Tajo gorge in Ronda. A gentle coastal leg through Málaga and Nerja brings the Mediterranean into the mix before the journey ends beneath the soaring towers of the Alhambra in Granada. No single leg exceeds two and a half hours, making this an ideal first self-drive trip in Spain.
